Is cork jewellery sustainable and vegan?

Yes — natural cork is a renewable material harvested without harming the cork oak tree. Our jewellery is handmade and vegan, inspired by the rich craft traditions of Portugal.

Are your pieces handmade?

Every piece in our collection is handmade, reflecting the Portuguese-inspired artisan spirit at the heart of Bella Cork Studio.

How do I care for my Bella Cork Studio jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Handle with care — cork and delicate metal components can be damaged by rough handling.
  • Avoid water — do not wear your jewellery while swimming, showering, or washing hands.
  • Avoid perfumes and sprays — apply perfume, hairspray, and other products before putting on your jewellery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Are there any items I cannot return?

We cannot accept returns on custom or personalised orders, discontinued items, sale items, or gift cards. For any questions about your specific item, please get in touch before purchasing.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

The quickest way to get the item you'd like is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.
